Jenae Medley

DPT

Janae Medley is a skilled physical therapist serving patients at both Harbor Physical Therapy and Shelton Physical Therapy. Originally from Port Orchard, Washington, she has called Grays Harbor home for the past five years. She earned her degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University, where she worked in the Exercise Physiology and Performance Lab conducting VO2 max tests on Division 1 athletes. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. Beyond her work as a physical therapist, Janae has a diverse background in movement and performance. She is a certified Cecchetti Ballet teacher and continues to teach at a local studio. She has also worked as a ski instructor, combining her love for outdoor adventure with her passion for teaching. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, exploring state parks, and relaxing at home with her husband and their Siamese cat, Kona.
